CLINICAL SYSTEM CHANGE

On Friday 29th June 2012 we will be changing our clinical computer system. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the surgery runs as normal please bear with us and accept our apologies in advance if you experience any disruption in service. DOCTOR'S STRIKE - 21.06.2012

The GPs will be striking on Thursday 21st June. We will be open from 8am - 6:30pm as usual, we will be providing all reception & administrative services and if you are unwell & need to see an emergency Doctor you will be seen. We will not be seeing or offering any routine appointments on that day; the GPs will see emergency/urgent problems only. We apologise for any disruption in service you may experience or inconvenience we may cause and we thank you for your understanding & co-operation with this matter.

Patient Survey 2012

The Practice survey was conducted from November 2011 to March 2012. The questions in the survey questionnaire were all discussed with the Patient Participation Group members in our meeting. We would like to thank all the group members in helping to design the survey questionnaire.
