Patient Survey 2012
The Practice survey was conducted from November 2011 to March 2012. The questions in the survey questionnaire were all discussed with the Patient Participation Group members in our meeting. We would like to thank all the group members in helping to design the survey questionnaire.
The survey questionnaires were given to patients in the practice and were also posted to a cross section of the practice population. The practice would like to thank all the patients who participated in the survey. The Patient Participation Group held a meeting in the practice to discuss these results in March 2012 where an Action Plan was agreed. The results of our survey can be viewed on this link.
