MJOG Patient Care Text Messaging System
Patient Care Messaging is a mobile messaging service that sends automated text messages to patients' mobile phones, reminding them of their pre-booked appointments. You cannot change your appointment or leave a message; you will have to ring the surgery to do this.
At a set interval before the patient's appointment (eg 2 days in advance), the patient receives a text message reminding him/her of their appointment.
It would be very helpful if existing registered patients could inform reception if they have a mobile number and also helpful for all newly registered patients to add their mobile number to their registration form.
