Opening Times:
The surgery is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - closed.
Appointments Times:
Please telephone 0844 387 8357 to make an appointment? Since we introduced our open access appointment system, we have found, due to our yearly patient survey, that there were still more pre-bookable appointments required. To improve this service to our patients, we have now made more pre-bookable appointments available, two weeks in advance. There will still be appointments available each day with the duty doctor who will deal with 'emergency' queries only so it would be helpful to let the receptionist know whether it is an emergency or a routine appointment you require. In order to give you the appointment with the appropriate doctor at the time, we hope you will accept questions from our receptionists.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, it would be helpful to inform the surgery as it can be offered to another patient.
If a patient aged between 16 and 75 requests an appointment and has not been seen within three years, they would be entitled to an appointment.
Appointment Times:
Morning Surgery: 8.30 - 11.30am
Afternoon Surgery: 2.00 - 6.00pm
Extended Opening Hours:
Early morning appointments are available every Thursday morning from 7.00am - 8.00am, as well as late evening surgery, every Monday and Tuesday from 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
